About Us
CarrierDomain is a telecommunication carrier specializing in wholesale VoIP. We are a subsidiary of SYR Management Inc., whose service portfolio includes mobile wireless solutions, switch partitioning, broadband internet services, wholesale turn-key solutions, billing solutions, pin-less products, prepaid calling cards, and local exchange services.
CarrierDomain was officially founded in 2007 but the idea behind CarrierDomain began in 2003 through a sister company that provided switch partitioning, professional telecom infrastructure services, and billing software. From there arose a unique situation; the very companies who were using CarrierDomain for switch partitioning had directs to all over the world. Thus was born the need for a wholesale VoIP division called CarrierDomain.
As the years passed and the telecom industry developed, our work model grew and developed. We were no longer just a carrier that provided high quality direct routes. And our relationships changed, we were no longer just another carrier that you worked with. But we began to build true connections that traversed the realm of business. We began to rely on our partners and they began to rely on us. It is becoming common knowledge that today’s world is connected on many different levels. What happens on one side of the world is felt on the other side of the world. Whether we like it or not, we are all connected and we all depend on one another. For this reason, our work model emphasizes the need to work together in a mutually beneficial way since in today’s interconnected world, we can only prosper together!
